"Org-ology worked with us to develop a comprehensive strategic management process with an in-depth monitoring and evaluation system. They introduced this process using an innovative and collaborative approach to build the capacity to implement monitoring and evaluation tools. The process that was undertaken had six different modules that all build on each other.
Each module was presented in a three step process. First a training session, then a review and additional training session and finally the individual sections of the organization were required to submit their individual worksheets related to each module/phase for consolidation.
During this process over 300 individuals went through this multi-step process. We provided a support committee, and together refined the process that will allow us to monitor and measure the success of their actions related to their strategic plan and will also inform the next strategic planning cycle."
